In medical imaging, the process of imaging the interior of a body for medical intervention, clinical analysis, and clinical analysis is done. It helps to reveal internal structures hidden by the skin and bones and diagnose and treat disease. It comes under paramedical courses. The most common medical imaging technologies used are –

A diploma in Medical Imaging Technology teaches students about the different elements of patient positioning, traditional physics, CT scan, X-rays, C-arm, film processing and development, and diagnostic nuclear medicine. The course offers a wide range of information in health sciences and biophysicals. It includes both theory and practical in which students are trained to handle radio imaging equipment and processes.

The students need to pass their 12th in Science Stream. They need to pass higher secondary exams with 50% marks.

It is 2 year duration course. A total of 4 semesters are there, with 2 semesters each year.
