About Authors Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must strictly follow Instructions for Authors. Failures for this recommendation will result in the rejection on desk (manuscript is rejected without review). Manuscript should be written only in English language. The manuscript should be concise and clear in presentation. References and figures should be cited in only English language. Before submission, the English version should be reviewed and corrected by an English expert before submission.

Format

The manuscript including original research article, review papers and short communication must be submitted in word format with A4 size and it is not more than 15 pages including text, tables, figures, and references with top, bottom, left and right margin of 1.5 inch from the border. It should be typed in only one column and double spacing. The pages should be numbered consecutively at the top-right hand corner. Time New Roman should be set consistently in your articles, point size 12 for titles, point size 10 for contents.

Title page
  1. Title should be concise and typed in a bold style, point size 12. Abbreviation should be avoided in the title.
  2. Every first letter should be capital letters. Avoid articles in the title (THE, A and AN).
  3. All authors’ full and last name without academic title and rank should be written. Join each author’s name by the symbol “,” and the last author with “and”.
  4. Every author provides their e-mail address, name of their institution or university, department, country and their postal address.
  5. The corresponding author should be marked by “*” at the last letter and provide their complete address along with their e-mail.
  6. Abstract

    Abstracts should briefly reflect all aspects of your study, it should be prepared with at least 150 and a maximum 250 words including objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Please do not include any mathematical expression in abstract.

  7. Keywords

    Keywords should be at least 4 and a maximum of 11 words should be appeared at the bottom of the abstract and it should be separated by comma “,”. Avoid keywords that are in the title.

  8. Introduction

    The introduction must provide the necessary background of the paper and a brief review of related literature. A clear statement of the objectives should also be included.

  9. Tables

    Number each table with Arabic numerals, place a descriptive caption at the top of each table, names of tables and description should be written in only English. Do not upload Excel files for tables, use the table function of Microsoft Word. All data must be statistically analysed and compared.

  10. Formulas

    Formulas should be run by the Equation Editor in word format in order to avoid inaccuracy.

  11. Figures

    Figure which involves graphs, charts, line drawings and photographs should be in high-resolution, preferably JPEGs format with Arabic numbering.

  12. Approved database

    The data sets of applied sciences, must be deposited in an approved database.

  13. Results

    The research results should be presented clearly and explanation must not repeat in discussion what is already given in the results section.

  14. Discussion

    Research discussion is aimed at persuading readers by comparing with other research studies and proposing possible solutions or useful suggestions for solving certain research outcomes, etc. Research results and discussion can be written in one section.

  15. Acknowledgments (If Necessary)

    List the sources of your financial or material support and the names of individuals whose contributions were significant but not deserving of authorship.

  16. Reference list

    The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Personal communications and unpublished works should only be mentioned in the text.

    In this journal we have to follow the APA format and if available, please always include DOIs as full DOI links in your reference list (e.g. “https://doi.org/abc”). All references should be listed at the end of the paper using the following patterns.

    Original

    Author(s). (Year). Article title. Abbrev. Journal title, Volume number (issue number): Number of pages DOI ( If available).

    Example:

    Lambrecht, W.R.L., Rodina, A.V., Limpijumnong, S., Segall, B., and Meyer, B.K. (2002). Valence band ordering and magneto-optic exction fine structure in ZnO. Physical Review B.,6,507(7):5,207. https://doi.org/10.1037/ppm0000185

    Books:

    Author(s). (Year). Book title. Book edition. Publisher name, Place of publication. Total number of pages.

    Example:

    Spally, M.R. and Morgan, S.S. (1989). Methods of Food Analysis. 2nd ed. Elsevier, NY, 605p
