The Community Radio Station-Radio Narad (90.4 FM) of the University is a concept in radio broadcasting as each medium reinvents itself in the context of changes in the communication environment. Community radio is a not-for-profit radio broadcasting. Its transmission coverageis more than 10-12 km. radius.

Radio Narad (90.4 FM) is used to improve the awareness level and knowledge of solutions of local community development problems within various sectors including culture, rural development, education, hygiene and sanitation, agriculture and local governance among rural people.
