CSR ACTIVITIES

On the eve of Independence day Blood Donation Camp in association with District Blood Bank was organized on August 14th 2014 and on 25th March 2015 by the NSS Volunters, 300 volunteers have participated and donated 225 Units of Blood.

On the eve of World Blood Donation Day On 2nd October 2014, Mangalayatan University was appreciated by the District Administration.

Road Safety Week was organized by the NSS volunteers from 1-17 January, 2015, following programmes has been organized:

• Awareness camp for the traffic rules.
• Awareness Rally.
• Talk on Road Safety.
• Orientation of Drivers of University about safety norms and traffic rules.

Under the Swachha Bharat Mission Mangalayatan University initiated the Swachhta Abhiyaan.

• Jagrukta Rally to spread the message of Clean India, October- 2014
• Administration of Swachhta Shapath (Pledge), October-2014
• Swachhta Abhiyan of Campus, Temple and offices- Regular Activities during camps.
• Cleanliness drive to Tehsil, nearby Villages, community places under the theme Swachhta Abhiyan.
